The figures are indicative ranges collected from providers’ own published prices and public directories, not quotations, and every centre sets its own fees. The comparison columns use the stay ranges quoted on this page plus typical UK private add-on rates: a single-room supplement of about £1,000 a week, 1-to-1 therapy at £60–£150 a session, specialist therapy at £85–£150 a session, and a year of weekly aftercare costed at the same rate as a 1-to-1 session. How much aftercare a centre includes varies, so ask each one what its own price covers. The US column scales those add-ons by the same ratio as the published stay prices. Every clinic sets its own fees, so confirm directly with any centre before you rely on a figure. ### And the year after the month The figure above prices the residential stay. What it does not show, because most comparisons do not include it, is what happens once you are home. Aftercare at Sierra is one session a week for a full year, online wherever you live or in person at the PROMIS clinics in London.
